I purchased a Better Homes and Gardens 8 Cube Organizer Storage from Walmart. I looked at the motion picture on the box which indicated that the information technology was a dark brown woods colour. When I opened up the box, the color was a dark gray. So I took it back to Walmart to exchange it for the lighter chocolate-brown wood (natural finish). The movie on the box was a light brown. When I got it dwelling and opened the second box, the colour was a low-cal gray wood color. Frustrated and needing the shelf, I decided non to go back to Walmart for a refund.
With a proper name like "Better Homes..." your company should make sure that you are packaging the right product in boxes. In my opinion, it is misleading and causes customers to incur needless costs traveling back and along to the store. How many of this product take you sold to others with this apparently, incorrect labeling? Hmmm who is interested: CFPB???? BBB??? AG??? At present my furniture will not match. This is actually not Walmart's fault, but perhaps Walmart should not be selling the production of vendors who cannot get the packaging correct. Please fix this trouble. Accept ameliorate pictures, inspect the packages earlier sealing them. I am so dissatisfied that I thought I would write a review. Perhaps I should also put this on Walmart'southward site or contact their corporate function Signed dissatisfied customer that will not waste my time looking at BH&Thousand shelving products in the hereafter.

4 piece "Outdoor plastic wicker furniture set" made past Universal, the wicker vicious off in pieces, even though piece of furniture was non exposed to sunlight or the elements. It was not used in a spare room. 369$ now worth 0$, purchased at Walmart.

I bought a Meliorate Homes and Gardens garbage can for my kitchen. It advertised equally fingerprint resistance.. It is not fingerprint resistance. I have kids and they touch everything and this garbage can is no dissimilar than the old ane. Fingerprints all over it. Very disappointed. Paid 50$ for this and it's not as described..

Ordered chaise lounge past Better Homes and Gardens off of Amazon. Some of the parts included in the box were not right. I called their customer service and was told that they don't support coverage of parts for whatsoever purchase from a third political party. I asked to be contacted by her supervisor and they never called. This is my last buy of any of their products.

I purchased one this past Sunday and the following day it barbarous apart. It toppled over with and twisted. The bolts broke out of their holes and the metal is so thin even though it was tied down. I am so disappointed. We had a very small amount of rain and barely any wind at all. It should not have fallen apart

Purchased this light upwards garden orb for our garden. It states waterproof for exterior utilize. Purchased it june 4th. Used the remote, set it on red for the strawberry moon. Looked nice however the side by side solar day the remote wouldn't turn off, and then it wouldn't modify color and merely flickers. And it has merely been three days. Deceit get a refund from walmart. No response from BHG website. Full waste of money. From other reviews of their products stay away, spend a little more for better products.

I purchased five boxes of Amend Homes and Gardens Solar outdoor string lights. The cord from the solar console is so short you cannot hang the lights. At best yous can throw them in your 1000 next to the solar panel. Walmart would non requite me a refund for this useless product and I am $72.64 out of pocket for a product I cannot utilize.

I purchased mold and water resistant cushions by Better Homes and Gardens. I paid 35.00 a chair. They are terrible. Hold water and abound mold and so bad it looks similar small plants coming out of the cushions! I got 4 and spent about $150.00 and showtime flavour and they are trashed. I had to scrub them and bleach them and people were not even able to sit on them all summertime considering they were e'er wet. Horrible production! My original cushions were much meliorate!

I have been ownership wax cubes for ii years. They use to smell longer. Now I cannot aroma them at all even when I put them kickoff out. Yous guys must not brand them like they utilise to odor. I normally purchase vi packs at a time. I will not waste my coin anymore!!! Going to take the advice of another reviewer and attempt the oil burner. with the oils. Will pass this information to others. Yous guys are ruining your own business past irresolute things. I'd rather paid more for the same quality than less for a junior product.

BH& G Magazine has too much advertising in the magazine. Ex: Sept 2019 magazine has 152 pgs Total, 73 pgs of ads minus Contents & President pg= 77 pgs of reg Reading Textile. I will let my subscription run out when time comes & non always renew again. I'm tired of this!
